A precision studio, a generic website
Konsulencë Inxhinierike Çollaku is a Tirana-based engineering studio that designs, builds, and equips dental clinics: architecture, MEP engineering, interior design, and the technical fit-out of the dental equipment itself. Founder Erion Çollaku started the practice in 2021, and the team has since delivered more than 100 clinic projects across Albania, Kosovo, and the wider Balkans.
The work is exact and deeply technical. The website it was being judged by was not. Connascent rebuilt the site from the ground up as a custom, interactive front end with a 3D centerpiece, then optimized every page for search so the firm could finally be found by the dentists looking for exactly what it does.
Where the old site held them back
The previous site was a generic template. It listed the services, but it did nothing to separate Çollaku from any other contractor, and it gave Google almost nothing to hold on to: thin page titles, no internal linking, no structured data, and a layout that was neither comfortable for visitors nor easy for crawlers to read.

The outcome was predictable: effectively no organic traffic, and no leads coming from the site at all. For a firm whose entire pitch is precision and engineering rigor, a flat brochure undercut the message before a prospect read a single line.
How we rebuilt it
We rebuilt the site from scratch as a custom Next.js application written in TypeScript, and split the work across the two fronts that mattered most: a front end that finally looked the part, and a structure search engines could actually read. The two ran together over roughly four months. Every page was designed and optimized for search at the same time, not in separate phases.
The website: a custom 3D experience
The homepage is where the pitch proves itself. As you scroll, a dental clinic assembles itself in 3D. The unit, the chair, the cabinetry, the sink, and the doors each get modeled and dropped into place while the camera travels through the room and reveals it from every angle. The whole sequence is tied to scroll position, so the visitor sets the pace and effectively watches Çollaku build a clinic in front of them. It is the firm's actual job, rendered as the first thing anyone sees. The looping preview at the top of this page is that homepage in motion.
Under the hood, the 3D is built with Three.js and choreographed with GSAP, with the scene and its assets optimized so the experience loads fast.
Around that centerpiece, we built the rest of the site to carry a prospect from "interesting" to "let's talk":
- A detailed portfolio, where each finished clinic gets its own page with its scope, equipment, and photos, so prospects can see real, comparable projects instead of stock promises.
- A clear services and consulting structure that lays out the full offering, from architecture and MEP engineering to interior design and the technical install of the equipment itself.
- Four languages (English, Albanian, Italian, and German), each with its own properly localized pages, so the site speaks to clients across Albania, Kosovo, and beyond in their own language.
- Conversion built in, with clear calls to action, a free-consultation prompt, and direct WhatsApp and phone contact never more than a tap away.
- Mobile-first performance. The build stays fast on the mobile connections most Albanian visitors actually use, even with the 3D.
The SEO: optimized page by page
The old site gave search engines almost nothing to work with. The new one was built the opposite way: on-page SEO is part of the structure, and every page was worked individually across the four-month build.
- Keyword-aligned titles and meta descriptions on every page and in every language, written around the terms clinic owners and dentists actually search for.
- A clean information architecture (one clear H1 per page and a logical H2/H3 hierarchy) so both readers and crawlers can follow the content.
- Structured data describing the business, its services, and its location, so search engines understand exactly who Çollaku is and what the firm does, and so the pages are eligible for richer search results.
- Tightened internal linking that weaves services, portfolio, and contact together, so authority flows through the site and no page is left stranded.
- Optimized imagery (compressed, correctly sized, and given descriptive alt text) that keeps pages fast and adds another signal for search.
- Multilingual SEO done properly, with localized URLs and the right language signals so each of the four language versions is indexed and served to the right audience.
- A full content migration from the old site, with our copywriting team rewriting every page for the new structure and the new search targets.
Performance does double duty here: the same speed that makes the site pleasant to use is also a ranking signal, and it is what the search numbers below are built on.
What changed after launch
Within the first month after launch, the new site brought in its first lead, something the old site had never managed once. From there, the search numbers climbed from a standing start.

Across the first six months, Google Search Console recorded 4.96K impressions and 211 clicks, at a 4.3% click-through rate and an average position of 6.7, page one of Google. The trend line tells the story better than the totals do: nothing for the tail of the old site, then a consistent climb once the new pages were indexed.
Search performance (first 6 months)
The technical foundation backs the rankings up. A Lighthouse audit returned a perfect score for SEO and strong marks across the board, with the homepage rendering its largest content in about a second despite the 3D.
